What I do

I rebuild outdated websites for small shops and set up your Google listing, so people nearby can find you on Google Search, Google Maps and AI search.

Already use a booking app? Keep it. Your site's "Book online" button opens it, so customers book the way they already do.

My four promises

  1. You own everything

Your domain, hosting, Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile are all in your shop's name. I only work with access you give me.

  2. One price, nothing hidden

The price in the table is the price. Every site comes with a contact form, a secure (https) connection, a phone-friendly layout and basic accessibility. No surprise fees.

  3. See every task

Every month you get a work log: what I did, and when I did it.

  4. Cancel anytime

Month to month, no notice needed. If you leave, your site and accounts stay with you.

What I don't promise

  • A certain spot in Google search results
  • Any partnership with Google (I don't have one)
  • Sales numbers

No one can honestly promise these. What I do promise is exactly what I'll deliver, and when.

Sites I build and run myself

I don't show a shop's site here without the owner's OK. So you can judge my work by sites I own and run every day.

Sample designs

What a shop's home page could look like. Both shops are made up, so you can see the design without me showing a real client's site.

Questions shop owners ask

How much does it cost?

Monthly Care is $1,200 to set up (up to 5 pages), then $99 a month. One-Time is $900 for 1 page or $1,200 for 2–5 pages. For 6 pages or more, you get a fixed quote before I start, and I never bill more than that. You pay half up front and half at launch. There are no discounts, so everyone pays the same.

What costs extra after I say yes?

Nothing you didn't agree to. The price you see is the price, paid 50% up front and 50% at launch. The only other costs are your own domain renewal (about $10–20 a year, and I'll text you a reminder) and the review add-ons, if you choose them. Extra edits beyond your plan or extra pages are always quoted in writing first. I never bill for anything you didn't approve.

How long does it take?

You see a preview of your new site within 14 days after the deposit. It goes live after you approve it.

What if I don't like the preview?

Tell me what to change. You get up to 2 rounds of changes before launch. I only ask for the second 50% once you agree the site is ready to go live. If you decide to stop after seeing the preview, the deposit isn't refunded, and you don't pay the rest.

Will my current domain and email keep working?

Yes. I move your current domain and set up redirects, so old links still lead to the right page. I leave your email settings as they are, so your email keeps working.

Where does a One-Time site live after launch?

On a free hosting account in your shop's name. I set it up for you, with a secure (https) connection included. Your only ongoing cost is your domain renewal, about $10–20 a year, which you pay directly to your domain company.

What if my site breaks or gets hacked?

Your site is built as simple, fast pages with no plugins to update, which leaves far fewer weak spots than a typical WordPress site. I keep a backup copy of your site's files, so it can be put back quickly if something goes wrong.

Whose name are the accounts in?

Yours. The domain, hosting, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Business Profile are all in your shop's name. I work with access you give me, and you can remove it at any time.

What happens if I cancel?

Monthly Care is month to month. You can cancel any time, with no notice. Your website and all your accounts stay with you.

Who provides the photos?

You do. Photos from your phone are fine. I tell you which shots help most, then resize and crop them for the site.

Can you connect my booking app (Vagaro, Fresha, Square, Booksy)?

Yes, at no extra cost. If you already use a booking app, I add a clear "Book now" button and, where the app offers a link or embed, put it on your site so customers can book from their phone. The booking app itself is run by that company.

Can I move to my own booking page later?

Yes, if you ever want to. I can set one up on your site. Online card payments still have the usual processing fees.

I don't have a Google Business Profile. Is that okay?

Yes. Setting up your Google Business Profile is included in both plans. If you already have one, I check it and fill in what's missing.

Does "basic SEO" mean I'll show up first on Google?

No. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking, and Google says so itself. Basic SEO here means a phone-friendly site, clear page titles with your town and services, structured data and FAQ, your Google Business Profile set up, and Google Search Console and Google Analytics in your name. On Monthly Care, you also get a monthly work log showing exactly what was done.

What if I get a lot of reviews in one month?

Monthly Care includes replies to up to 10 reviews a month. If you get more, add Reviews 25 (up to 25 a month, +$39/mo) or Reviews 50 (up to 50 a month, +$79/mo). Over 50 a month, you get a fixed quote before I start.

Will you call me?

No. I don't make sales calls. I reply by email or text, so you can answer when you have a minute.

How fast do you reply, and what if you're away?

I reply by email or text within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, Eastern Time). If I'll be unable to reply for more than 3 days, I'll text you beforehand. Your domain, hosting and Google accounts are all in your name, so your site stays up and you keep full access even if you can't reach me.
